the berube blueprint process
Good design takes time.
At Berube Blueprint, every project is paced with care, collaboration, and clarity, never rushed. It’s not just a process, it’s a blueprint built to last.
Timelines vary by project and will be discussed thoroughly during your Discovery Consultation, but On average, the design phase takes about 12 weeks from the Discovery Consultation.
Timelines may extend 19+ weeks depending on:
The involvement of architects or structural engineers
The need for 3D renderings or multiple design revisions
The pace of decision-making
I’ll always prioritize thoughtful collaboration while keeping the process moving forward. Every effort will be made to stay within the estimated timeframe, but please know that delays may occur due to factors outside my control, such as:
Extended client decision-making
Coordination with third-party consultants or trades
Permit delays or resubmission needs
Unexpected scope changes
